Smiles come from the heart
Happiness is from within
Show yourself to me
Loneliness hovers
Overhead looming darkness
Until you walk in
Why do I take a breath
When you are the air I breathe
And you are not here
I was in the dark
Searching for my happiness
Joy is in the heart
This is my story of discovering I have depression and anxiety. Through this journey I will share my experiences in the hope of healing and beating this beast.
